Data Release Program
The Vizgen Data Release Program provides researchers early access to MERFISH 1.0 and new MERFISH 2.0 datasets generated on the MERSCOPE® platform. These highly multiplexed spatial RNA profiling datasets offer subcellular resolution and high detection efficiency.
All data are freely available for participants to use in any way, including evaluating MERFISH for their research, developing new computational methods, or integrating spatial data into machine learning discovery pipelines.
