Vizgen is pushing the boundaries of spatial transcriptomics, providing researchers with both new insight into the biological processes that underlie human health and disease as well as next-generation tools that will drive innovation in drug discovery and diagnostics.
The company’s proprietary MERFISH (Multiplexed Error-Robust Fluorescence in situ Hybridization) technology is a quantitative and genome-scale multiplexed imaging platform for identifying nucleic acids in their native tissue environment with resolution scaling from subcellular to tissue scale.
