Spatial multiomics analysis targeting protein and RNA biomarkers on a single FFPE tissue section using an integrated staining and imaging workflow

A unified ISP–RNAscope workflow enables protein and RNA biomarkers to be detected on the same FFPE tissue section. Both sequential and concurrent strategies maintain morphology, preserve RNA assay performance, and support efficient spatial multiomics for deeper tumor biology insights.
