Development of specific multiplexed immunofluorescence immune assays to study mouse models of tumorigenesis

This work introduces pre-optimized multiplexed immunofluorescence assays tailored for mouse tumor models, enabling reproducible quantification of key immune subsets across syngeneic and GEMM tissues. Using InSituPlex® chemistry, the team validated robust staining fidelity, consistent signal intensity, and accurate phenotype readouts in whole-slide melanoma and breast tumor sections.
