A flexible mIF framework designed to evaluate emerging ADC targets with high sensitivity, precise quantification, and rapid panel customization. This work demonstrates how InSituPlex® amplification, AI-powered image analysis, and a validated biomarker library streamline ADC profiling across tumor types, improving accuracy while preserving tissue morphology.
