Characterizing spatial distribution of immune-cell subsets in Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis and Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis using a novel 12-plex Ultimapper ® kit

This poster presents an integrated transcriptomic and multiplex immunofluorescence approach to map immune-cell subtypes across NASH and PSC liver biopsies. Using a 12-plex Ultivue InSituPlex® assay and whole-slide imaging, the study reveals shared inflammatory pathways, increased CD4/CD8 T cells in fibrotic regions, and dynamic changes in CD163⁺ macrophages that correlate with disease progression.
