Analysis of macrophages to the overall PD-L1 microenvironment using TMAs and InSituPlex

This poster showcases a high-throughput mIF digital phenotyping workflow used to quantify how macrophages contribute to overall PD-L1 expression across 11 tumor types. Using an 8-plex InSituPlex® panel on a multi-tumor TMA, the study reveals tumor-specific macrophage patterns, their spatial distribution in tumor vs. stroma, and their impact on PD-L1–positive cell populations.
