How do I use the panels?

The predesigned panels are used in place of a custom panel in either the Cell Culture, Fresh Frozen, or FFPE sample prep user guides.

Do I need to purchase a specific pre-designed panel for FFPE samples or Fresh Frozen samples?

No. The same predesigned panel can be used across sample types (i.e. Fresh Frozen, FFPE). The amount of predesigned panel mix used in fresh frozen is 50µl versus 100 µL with FFPE experiments.

What cancer types are compatible with the Immuno-Oncology Panel?

Breast Cancer, Lung Cancer, Liver Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Colon Cancer, Melanoma, Ovarian Cancer, Brain Cancer, Uterine Cancer.

What sample preservation types are compatible with the PanCancer Panel?
