Spatial Proteomics Services
Interrogate protein biology using assay development services powered by InSituPlex® (ISP) with custom, multiplexed detection in tissue context plus AI-driven analysis and swift delivery.
Custom Assay Development Service
We start with target selection and panel design using OmniVUE, U-VUE, or fully custom panels. We handle antibody conjugation and validation, then execute staining and imaging with InSituPlex direct signal amplification to achieve accurate localization without post-processing.
Every study is managed by experienced scientists and reported through STARVUE for quantitative analysis and clear next steps. Timelines are efficient, often 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the scope.

This example Spatial Phenomics Report summarizes an 8-plex NSCLC cohort stained across three runs, with QC pass rates, a full image-analysis inventory, and defined phenotypes for markers such as CD3, CD4, CD8, CD68, PD-1, PD-L1, CK-Sox10, and FoxP3.
It includes tissue segmentation results, area and cell-density distributions by region, intensity distributions, and correlation heatmaps that group samples and readouts to reveal patterns across the cohort. The methods section outlines the ISP assay, image QC, and analysis workflows, matching what clients can expect from our services.
How It Works
