MERSCOPE Protein Stain Kit Workflow Antibody Selection Guidelines
- Verify each antibody of interest does not have RNase contamination
- Determine antibody specificity and concentration using immunofluorescence (IF) imaging.
- Use the appropriate MERSCOPE Protein Stain Verification Kit to confirm by visual inspection that protein staining has acceptable antibody exposure before proceeding with a full MERSCOPE run.
- Modify exposure by adjusting the antibody concentration and determining the correct laser settings.
